MA Design: Jewellery Design

The MA Fine Jewellery Design programme focuses on fine jewellery and contemporary jewellery design practice through the exploration of a variety of design methodologies and creative processes relating to jewellery design. Within the programme, students undertake research, theory and practice through exploring new and emerging trends, ethical design and design thinking scenarios. Embedded within the programme, students will also understand the importance and relevance of jewellery through understanding function and aesthetics, consumer trends, material selection and manufacturing processes within contemporary and fine jewellery design practice.
