OneLogin

OneLogin is our single sign-on tool. You can use it for Microsoft Outlook Email, Student Area, Student App, computer logins, Simplicity, Adobe and others. You can also access online resources (e.g., WGSN, MarketLine) and the Library catalogue via your OneLogin portal.

Student ID

Student ID Card

Please use this form to upload your photo, which will be used as your Student ID. The photo you upload will not be shared with any 3rd party company and it will only be used for your Student ID and Student Portal. Your Student ID will be ready for collection during Welcome Week or shortly after. If you have uploaded a photo. Please be aware of the schools Security Policy:

  • The School has entry control gates
  • We require every person to scan their ID card in order to enter the building.
  • Our front of house team and security will deny entry to anyone without official identification

Email — Microsoft Outlook

Your school email is created automatically once enrolment is complete. Access via OneLogin or add it to your phone/computer.

Tip: Check your Marangoni email regularly — it’s the school’s primary contact method.

Computer Access

There are 78 student computers across the school (Computer Labs, Library, open-access areas).

  • Labs are open when not booked for lessons — check room timetables or digital screens.
  • Library computers are available during Library opening times.
  • Installed: Adobe Creative Cloud, Microsoft Office, SketchUp, Rhino, and other macOS apps.

Logging in

  • Use your OneLogin username & password, or
  • Guest account — Username: Guest, Password: (leave blank)

    Files are deleted after logout.
